Hospice of the Valley is seeking a CNA or Caregiver for inpatient palliative care units in Central Phoenix/Scottsdale/East. You will provide one‑to‑one personal care, bathing, grooming and compassionate support, working with an interdisciplinary inpatient team.

The role emphasizes compassionate patient care, documentation, teamwork and flexible scheduling to balance work and life. Certified CNAs or caregivers in Arizona are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Current Arizona CNA or Caregiver.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solution‑driven, creative and resourceful problem solving skills.
• Ability to manage time well and perform assigned duties with attention to detail, accuracy and follow‑through.

Responsabilités

• Develops and maintains therapeutic relationships.
• Provides accurate observation of patient needs.
• Provides quality personal care.
