Job summary

Hospice of the Valley is seeking a CNA or Caregiver for inpatient palliative care units in Central Phoenix/Scottsdale/East. You will provide one‑to‑one personal care, bathing, grooming and compassionate support, working with an interdisciplinary inpatient team.

The role emphasizes compassionate patient care, documentation, teamwork and flexible scheduling to balance work and life. Certified CNAs or caregivers in Arizona are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Current Arizona CNA or Caregiver.

Pay:up to $1800 Attendance Bonus per year and up to $300 Bilingual Bonus per year

Position Profile

This role will work in our palliative care units serving patients whose symptoms can't be managed at home and patients who need respite care while the family caregiver is away. The nursing assistant provides individualized quality care to patients - including bathing, grooming and personal care - and develops personal connections that support both patient and family. Our inpatient nursing assistants work with an interdisciplinary team of highly skilled professionals inan inpatient setting.
