The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APRN or PA) for inpatient Head & Neck Surgery. You will deliver high-quality care within a multidisciplinary oncology team, focusing on complex head and neck cancer patients and perioperative management.

Responsibilities include preop/postop evaluations, discharge planning, and collaboration with surgeons, nurses, and allied health staff in a fast-paced inpatient setting.

Qualifications

• Requires advanced clinical training and licensure for practice.
• Prior inpatient experience preferred in ENT, surgery, oncology, or outpatient settings.
• Ability to round autonomously and communicate across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsabilités

• Provide advanced inpatient care for head and neck cancer patients.
• Perform preop and postop assessments and routine clinical care.
• Participate in multidisciplinary discharge rounds and care coordination.
• Manage daily patient problems and document actions in the medical record.
