Jackson Physician Search is assisting a growing, physician-led healthcare organization in recruiting a BC/BE Gastroenterologist for an all-inpatient GI service in Southeast Missouri. The role features a balanced schedule with 168 shifts per year and strong collaboration with GI and ED teams to minimize overnight calls.

The compensation package includes a guaranteed base salary of $750,000, additional shift pay, a $100,000 sign-on bonus, PSLF loan forgiveness up to $420,000, relocation assistance

Responsibilities

• Inpatient-only GI service with 168 shifts per year.
• Collaborate closely with outpatient GI group and ED teams with minimal overnight call.
• Average 10–12 GI scopes per day; ERCP/EUS advanced procedures welcomed but not required.
