CompHealth is assisting in filling an inpatient physician role in Georgia. The position focuses on ongoing inpatient coverage with rounding and admissions responsibilities across a busy service line.

Youll handle upper GI procedures and inpatient care, supported by a recruiter who simplifies credentialing, housing, travel, and malpractice coverage. CompHealth offers weekly pay, comprehensive support, and a nationwide network to match providers with the right opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Ongoing inpatient coverage
• 20 patients per shift -- rounding and admissions required
• Inpatient practice setting
• Upper GI endoscopy, ERCP, PEG, colonoscopy, and EUS required
• Esophageal dilatation, liver biopsy, and Blakemore tube required
• Small bowel biopsy and lower GI endoscopy required
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
• Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
