Qualifications

• 1–3 years of related clinical experience in inpatient settings.
• Associate degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
• Florida RN license required with BLS/ACLS/PALS as specified.
• Point of Care testing in specified units may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Document care, plans, and observations accurately.
• Maintain infection control and HIPAA compliance.
• Coordinate with physicians and staff to ensure quality patient care.
• Supervise and orient new staff, including CNA/LPN support.
• Perform rounds to ensure continuity of care.
