Position Overview

Inpatient Gastroenterologist – Bronson Methodist Hospital (BMH). Working within Bronson Gastroenterology, a tertiary and teaching hospital serving patients throughout southwest Michigan and northern Indiana.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient gastroenterology care, performing ERCP procedures.
• Schedule 7 days on, 7 days off to support the hospitalist GI team’s 24/7 call structure.
• Work collaboratively with APP coverage Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• Board‑eligible or Board‑certified (BE/BC) Gastroenterology physician.
• Experience performing ERCP.
• Comfortable with inpatient care model and potential outpatient practice development.

Shift & Schedule

• 12‑hour day shift, full‑time.
• Scheduled 40 hours per week (7 days on, 7 days off). Call coverage 24/7 supported by APPs.
