Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (ODMHSAS) seeks Registered Nurses at the Oklahoma Forensic Center in Vinita for direct inpatient care of behavioral health patients. Roles span RN I–III with responsibilities in nursing assessments, planning, interventions, education, case management and medication administration.

Qualifications

• Valid Oklahoma RN license as approved by the Oklahoma Board of Nursing; Level III requires two years of professional nursing experience.
• Level II requires a valid Oklahoma RN license and one year of professional nursing experience.
• Level I requires a valid Oklahoma RN license or eNLC recognition.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing services including assessments, planning, and interventions.
• Administer medications and treatments prescribed by a licensed prescriber.
• Provide health-related education and case management for inpatients.
