Qualifikationen

• 4 years of clinical nutrition experience as a Registered Dietitian (RD) or 3 years with a Master’s degree.
• Licensure as RD, LDN, CNSC, and Act 34 compliance.

Aufgaben

• Provide direct patient care using Medical Nutrition Therapy to assess patients and develop goals and a plan of care.
• Formulate a Nutrition Diagnosis and identify malnutrition through Nutrition Focused Physical Assessment.
• Act as nutrition liaison/expert to assigned units & participate as a member of interdisciplinary committees and projects.
• Mentor and train dietetic students, interns, and new personnel.
• Lead at least one annual department, facility, or system-based initiative or quality improvement activity through to completion annually
