Job summary

The candidate should have a registered dietitian credential, state licensure, and a track record of clinical nutrition excellence, with 5–7 years of experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food & Nutrition with accredited dietetic internship completed.
• Master's degree required if completed after January 1, 2024.

Responsibilities

• Consult with physicians and allied staff regarding patient nutrition status and diet plans.
• Formulate nutrition assessment, evaluation and follow-up plans; document in the medical record.
• Provide nutrition care for inpatients and outpatients; justify diet rationale for self-management.
