Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a full-time Inpatient Clinical Dietitian at FirstHealth Moore Regional, a 600+ bed flagship hospital in Pinehurst, NC, to deliver expert nutrition care in a fast-paced acute care setting.

You will apply the Nutrition Care Process, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and support nutrition education and quality improvement initiatives within the hospital.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in nutrition, dietetics, or related field with ACEND supervision
• RD/RDN eligibility within 120 days of hire per state licensure
• 0-1 years management experience; 0-3 years related experience
• Meets state licensure/certification requirements at time of hire

Responsibilities

• Deliver nutrition care using the Nutrition Care Process for patients, residents, and communities
• Act as nutrition resource across interdisciplinary teams
• Provide evidence-based nutrition counseling to patients, staff, and students
• Maintain professional practices aligned with regulatory and Sodexo standards
• Lead or participate in performance improvement initiatives to enhance outcomes and service quality

Pay Range: $56270 - $72820

• Deliver nutrition care for patients, residents, and communities as part of a contractual agreement, using the Nutrition Care Process (assessment, diagnosis, intervention, monitoring, and evaluation).

Requirements

• Education Requirement:
• Master's degree in nutrition, dietetics, or related field with required coursework and supervised practice per ACEND guidelines
• OR, for those eligible prior to 1/1/2024: Bachelor's degree meeting ACEND requirements.
• Management Experience: 0-1 years
• Related Experience: 0-3 years
• Credentials Requirement:
• Meets eligibility for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) via CDR and will become registered within 120 days of hire
• Must meet state licensure/certification requirements at time of hire where applicable
