Qualifications

• Requires MSN in nursing or PA degree and state licensure.
• Preferred emergency or critical care experience.
• Prescriptive authority within required timeframes and regulatory clearances.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive inpatient care with daily rounds and patient-centered treatment plans.
• Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic studies with the multidisciplinary team.
• Stabilize acute patient events and coordinate emergency measures as needed.
• Document thoroughly in EMR to support coding, billing, and continuity of care.
• Coordinate care with patients, families, and health services for optimal outcomes.
• Communicate plans with attending physicians and seek guidance when scope is exceeded.
