Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of supervised counseling experience in related field.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide documented individual and group clinical services and case management.
• Perform intake assessments and complete documentation within required timeframes.
• Develop and revise treatment plans with client participation.
