Job summary

DaMar Staffing is seeking a Coding Specialist in New York to ensure complete, accurate and timely assignment of diagnostic and operative codes and the correct DRG/NY APR DRG numbers for all patient records, both concurrently and at discharge.

The ideal candidate must be CCS, RHIT or RHIA accredited and maintain AHIMA membership with continued education credits. Preferably 3–5 years of inpatient coding experience. Salary is $22.90–$31.02 per hour.

Must be accredited as CCS - Certified Coding Specialist, RHIT # Registered Health Information Technician or RHIA # Registered Health Information Administrator. Must maintain continued education credits and AHIMA membership. Preferably 3-5 years Inpatient Coding experience. Salary - $22.90 - $31.02 per hour
