Job summary

Surgery Partners, Inc. is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide routine patient care under licensed nursing supervision. You will assist with activities of daily living, record vital signs, collect specimens, and support a safe, compassionate care environment.

Required are a CNA program graduate, Florida CNA certification, and BLS certification. Prior healthcare experience is preferred. Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program.
• Current Florida Certified Nursing Assistant certification.
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, feeding, ambulation, personal hygiene).
• Administer simple treatments and tests per policies/procedures.
• Provide post-procedure care in a compassionate, efficient manner.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff.
• Protect patient privacy and maintain HIPAA compliance.
