The ideal candidate holds Michigan licensure (LMSW/LLMSW/LLPC/LPC/LLP/TLLP) and has experience in group therapy. This is a full-time on-site position offering a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must hold one of Michigan licensures: LMSW, LLMSW, LLPC, LPC, LLP or TLLP.
• Group therapy experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform psychosocial assessments and collaborate with patients to set treatment goals.
• Initiate discharge planning and arrange aftercare referrals.
• Coordinate treatment planning with the team and update plans every 7 days.
• Provide group therapy and conduct individual or family sessions as needed.
• Document interactions per hospital standards and attend required meetings.
