Qualifikationen

• Five years of relevant experience in recreation therapy or related field.
• Must possess CTRS and MT-BC credentials prior to hire.
• Bachelor’s degree in Recreation Therapy and/or Music Therapy required.

Aufgaben

• Lead and participate in therapeutic activities and program planning for youth/adults in care.
• Provide group and individual treatment sessions as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Train direct care staff in therapeutic activities and ensure safety and quality of care.
• Develop and implement SMART treatment plans and monitor patient progress.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and Joint Commission standards.
• Coordinate with TA department to schedule and run programs.
