Job summary

Sutter Health's SRMC-Sutter Roseville Med Center is seeking a Pharmacist for Per Diem/Casual shifts to deliver patient-centered pharmaceutical care, information, and education. The pharmacist will prepare and distribute medications while contributing to each patient's care plan with sound clinical judgment.

The role requires a PharmD from an accredited school, an active or pending RPH license within 120 days, ACLS/PALS if required, and about 1 year of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• PHARMD-Graduate of an accredited pharmacy school.
• RPH-Registered Pharmacist within 120 days.
• ACLS-Advanced Cardiac Life Support if required by the entity/department.
• PALS-Pediatric Life Support if required by the entity/department.
• 1 year of recent relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Delivers pharmaceutical care through patient-centered clinical service, medication information, education, and distribution.
• Provides input to and implements patient care plans based on diagnosis in a timely manner.
• Adheres to privacy, safety, and regulatory requirements; communicates effectively with patients and healthcare teams.
