Job summary

FirstHealth of the Carolinas, Moore Regional Hospital in Pinehurst, NC is seeking a clinical pharmacist to provide exceptional patient care in an inpatient setting. Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Pharmacy and licensed by the North Carolina Board of Pharmacy.
• Maintain license through continuing education credits.
• Residency or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform order verification and secure accurate dispensing.
• Participate in multi-disciplinary rounds and provide drug information.
• Initiate and follow up pharmacokinetic monitoring.
• Assist providers with antibiotic selection and clinical decision support.
• Ensure professional competency and effective communication with patients and staff.
