Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited school of Pharmacy.
• State licensure as a Pharmacist and any relevant life support certification.

Responsibilities

• Ensure medications are prescribed, accurately dispensed, and administered according to best practices.
• Provide drug information and counseling to patients and caregivers regarding medication use, dosage, side effects, and administration instructions.
• Stay current with updated formularies, new drug therapies, treatment protocols, and emerging medical research.
• Communicate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to facilitate collaborative care.
