Within the Pharmacy department, the Clinical Pharmacist will support safe, effective, and cost-conscious medication therapy throughout the hospital. Reporting to hospital pharmacy leadership, the Clinical Pharmacist will receive support from experienced pharmacy professionals, friendly nurses, physicians, advanced practice providers, and a diverse healthcare professional team. This position will serve as a trusted medication expert, collaborate on individualized treatment plans, monitor therapeutic outcomes, promote medication safety, and contribute to policies, protocols, staff education, and interdisciplinary committees.
