As an Outpatient Clinical Pharmacist, you will play a key role in supporting the Pharmacy Manager in daily operations while helping shape workflows, processes, and patient care standards for a growing program. You’ll partner closely with the Pharmacy Manager, pharmacists, and technicians to shape how care is delivered, ensuring every patient experience is safe, seamless, and truly centered around their needs.

This position demonstrates consistent application of knowledge and skills to deliver appropriate, safe, efficient and cost-effective pharmaceutical care within the scope of their assigned practice. This position is responsible for the care of patients as well as the development of effective, professional relationships within the multidisciplinary team.
Ongoing need for employee to see and read information, labels, documents, monitors, identify equipment and supplies, and be able to assess customer needs. Frequent interactions with providers, colleagues, customers, patients/clients and visitors that require employee to verbally communicate as well as hear and understand spoken information, needs, and issues quickly and accurately. Manual dexterity of hands and fingers to manipulate complex and delicate supplies and equipment with precision and accuracy. This includes frequent computer use for typing, accessing needed information, etc.

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience. $62.89 - $92.44
