Job summary

Loma Linda University Health is seeking a Clinical Nurse B - Inpatient to provide, coordinate and document age-appropriate, patient-centered care in a fast-paced unit with minimal supervision. You will perform the nursing process and supervise licensed and unlicensed staff while contributing to a caring, professional environment.

BLS and California RN license are required. Experience: BSN required; ADN or Diploma acceptable if hired before April 1, 2020, with a minimum of one year of nursing

Qualifications

• BSN is required.
• If hired into CN-B before Apr 1, 2020, an ADN or Diploma in Nursing is required.
• Active California RN license required.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct/indirect age-specific, patient-centered care in a fast-paced setting.
• Performs nursing process (assessment, planning, intervention, evaluation).
• Supervises and delegates tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff.
• Participates in on-call rotation and may serve as Shift Coordinator after orientation.
