Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food & Nutrition Science with internship completed.
• Master’s degree required if completed after January 1, 2024.
• 5–7 years of progressive clinical nutrition experience required.
• 3–4 years with a specialty cert may be acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Consults with physicians on nutritional status and diet plans.
• Forms nutrition assessment and follow-up plans for at-risk patients.
• Provides nutrition education to inpatients/outpatients and cross-covers.
• Represents the department in rounds, journals, and committees.
