Job summary

Roselle Center for Healing is seeking a Registered Dietitian to join our hospital-based team. The role includes conducting nutrition assessments, gathering data, and documenting care plans in the patient’s medical record, with ongoing monitoring of progress toward goals.

New grads are welcome. Requirements include ServSafe certification, ability to pass a background check and drug screen, CDR card, and a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) with BLS certification.

Qualifications

• ServSafe Certification required.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
• CDR credential required; Bachelor's degree acceptable; Master's degree desirable; BLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct nutrition assessments for patients within required time frames.
• Obtain timely data and analyze it based on evidence-based standards.
• Document the nutrition care plan in the patient’s medical record, including diagnosis, intervention and goals.
• Monitor progress toward goals after implementation.
