Responsibilities

• Demonstrates strong nutrition knowledge and clinical skills for varied patient complexities.
• Orders/prescribes nutrition therapies in collaboration with the care team.
• Teaches and counsels patients and families on nutrition therapy.
• Documents care in the medical record and participates in QAPI.
• Develops patient education materials and participates in rounds.
