TouchPoint is seeking a Clinical Dietitian to provide medical nutrition therapy and nutrition assessments in an inpatient setting. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and develop individualized care plans based on evidence-based nutrition care.

You will educate patients, families, and staff on nutrition and lifestyle strategies, support quality initiatives, and work with food service to enhance patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) or eligible via CDR.
• Licensed Dietitian in the practice state or willingness to obtain.
• Healthcare experience preferred; new grads encouraged to apply.

Responsabilités

• Perform medical nutrition therapy and nutrition assessments.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.
• Develop individualized care plans based on evidence-based nutrition care.
• Educate patients, families, staff on nutrition and lifestyle strategies.
• Support QAPI initiatives and quality improvement in care delivery.
