Job summary

Frontier Behavioral Health in Spokane, WA, is seeking an RN for a night shift floor/charge nurse role in a residential inpatient setting. You will supervise staff, administer medications, complete assessments, and ensure safe, patient-centered care in collaboration with the leadership team.

This is a Mon-Thu 11PM-7:30AM (.8 FTE) role with competitive hourly pay and a strong benefits package, including PTO, holidays, health/dental/vision, retirement, and loan-forgiveness programs.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the State of Washington at time of hire.
• Active BLS within 90 days of hire and must maintain BLS.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment services in an inpatient setting for adults with serious mental health disorders.
• Supervise staff on shift and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses; document outcomes thoroughly.
