Frontier Behavioral Health in Spokane is seeking an experienced RN to supervise and provide direct treatment in an inpatient unit for adults with serious mental health disorders. The charge nurse oversees staff, coordinates admits/discharges, and ensures policy compliance.

The role features a pay range of $46.00–$56.05 per hour with a 6.23% shift differential for the 3PM-11:30PM shift and a comprehensive benefits package, including PTO, retirement, and loan forgiveness programs.

Formación

• Active RN license in the State of Washington at the time of hire.
• Active BLS within 90 days of hire and must maintain active BLS.
• Preferred: 1-2 years' experience in Psychiatric setting.
• Previous inpatient experience.
• Previous experience as a charge nurse/unit lead.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct nursing care and administer medications as ordered.
• Supervise and direct staff on shift and coordinate patient care.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate reports.
• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the care team.
