Job summary

City of Hope is seeking an Inpatient Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join the SCT/CT team in Arizona. You will manage patients with hematologic malignancies, administer chemotherapy and cellular therapies, and coordinate complex transfers and procedures in an inpatient setting.

Minimum 1 year of experience with a PA or NP license in Arizona is required; ACNP/AGACNP certification is preferred for NP candidates. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience.
• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant Training Program OR
• Masters of Science in Nursing (MSN), Nurse Practitioner (NP).
• Licensure: Arizona PA or APRN licensure; NP ACNP/AGACNP certification.
• Certification: BLS & ACLS.

Responsibilities

• The SCT/CT Inpatient Advanced Practice Provider (APP) will manage patients with hematologic malignancies and related treatments, including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, stem cell transplant, and CAR-T therapies, and handle admissions, orders, transfusions, and follow-up care.
• Perform detailed histories and physicals, assessments, and plans; review medications and provide refills.
• Consult ancillary teams as needed and perform procedures within inpatient/infusion settings; arrange discharges and post-discharge follow-up.
