American Addiction Centers is seeking a Housekeeper for AdCare Rhode Island. The role involves cleaning client bedrooms, offices, and common areas, restocking and handling duties with attention to hygiene and safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to read and interpret information; write clearly and informatively
• Ability to speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations
• Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
• Must be able to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Clean client bedrooms, offices, common areas and other indoor spaces as directed
• Remove cups, glasses and dinnerware from dining and sitting areas; wipe furniture and fluff pillows
• Perform daily cleaning tasks in offices, therapy rooms, group rooms, lobbies and restrooms
• Maintain supply carts and linen, replace liners, and manage trash disposal
• Identify maintenance issues and report them promptly
• Follow safety and cleanliness standards during deep cleaning and routine duties
