Job summary

University Hospitals is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider for the Adult Inpatient Cardiac Surgery floor at UH Cleveland Medical Center. The role focuses on post-op cardiac surgery patients and heart-lung transplants with a 12-hour day shift, including weekends and holidays. New grads welcome.

Qualifications

• PA degree with licensure in Ohio required.
• APN/PA credentials and board certification as applicable.
• ACLS preferred; BLS required.
• Current Ohio RN/NP license where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and diagnose per standards.
• Develop plan of care and implement interventions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for patient care.
• Provide education to staff, patients and families.
