Qualifications

• Must possess current licensure as required by the state where services will be provided.
• WV-based licensure options include LPC, Psychologist, NP with ANCC or AANPCB, or LGSW/LCSW/LICSW.
• Maryland/other state licensure options include LCPC, Psychologist, NP with psychiatric specialization, and LCSW/LMSW as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, implements and evaluates therapy for assigned patients.
• Provides social work services for patients and families including discharge planning, aftercare, and linkage to community resources.
• Communicates effectively with patients, guardians, and families, adapting to age, understanding, and clinical status.

Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

Licensed Psychologist

Certified Nurse Practitioner (ANCC/AANPCB)

Licensed Graduate Social Worker (LGSW) / LCSW / LICSW
