Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides individual and group therapy to assist patients in achieving treatment goals.
• Performs assessments and participates in treatment planning and discharge planning.
• Uses CBT and other brief therapies; documents progress in integrated notes.
• Offers milieu management and patient education; participates in daily group therapy.
• Collaborates with the treatment team and coordinates care across disciplines.
• Maintains safety, adherence to policies, and reporting requirements.
