Lifepoint Health's Jefferson Regional Specialty Hospital in White Hall, AR, seeks a Behavioral Health Technician to support inpatient psychiatric care on nights. You will monitor patients, assist with daily living activities, and participate in unit groups under the Master Treatment Plan.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a psychiatric inpatient setting.
• BLS certification preferred.
• CNA preferred.

Responsabilités

• Monitor patient status and vital signs per unit guidelines.
• Provide care and assist with activities of daily living.
• Lead or co-lead psycho-educational groups as needed.
• Document and communicate changes to the nurse.
