Palestine Regional Medical Center in Palestine, TX, is seeking a Mental Health Worker for its inpatient behavioral health unit. Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, you will assist with daily living, monitor patient progress, and support therapeutic interventions to promote recovery.

Responsibilities include maintaining a safe environment, documenting care, and collaborating with the treatment team. Requires BCLS and NCI certification, with weekend/holiday shifts possible.

Competenze

• High school diploma required; associate/bachelor's in psychology or social work preferred.
• BCLS (Basic Life Support) certification required at hire.
• Non-violent Crisis Intervention (NCI) training or facility-approved equivalent mandatory.
