Job summary

Paradise Valley Hospital is seeking a licensed mental health professional to provide emotional support, crisis intervention, and counseling across Pediatrics, Adolescents, Adults, and Older Adults. You will perform psychosocial assessments and help develop and reevaluate treatment plans as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Coordinate discharge planning and maintain comprehensive clinical documentation throughout the length of stay.

Qualifications

• Licensure required upon hire and maintained per state regulations.
• Minimum one year inpatient or outpatient experience in mental health care.
• Experience with diverse populations including death, childcare, substance use, chronic illness, etc.
• Current BCLS certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide emotional support, crisis intervention and counseling across age groups.
• Perform psychosocial assessments and assist in treatment plan development.
• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team and coordinate discharge planning.
• Complete necessary documentation and maintain clinical records during stay.
