Truman Medical Centers in Kansas City, MO, seeks a Registered Nurse for the Inpatient Behavioral Health unit. This full-time night position runs 7:00 PM–7:30 AM (3 nights per week) to deliver compassionate care to patients with acute, chronic, or terminal illnesses.

You will assess patients, plan and delegate nursing care, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, participate in committees and education, supervise students, and stay compliant with Missouri Nurse Practice Act requirements.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Current Missouri RN license and BCLS certification.
• PRN requires 1 year of medical/surgical or specialty area experience.

Responsabilités

• Assess patients based on diagnosis and care needs.
• Plan, perform, delegate, and evaluate nursing care.
• Work closely with an interdisciplinary team to ensure best patient outcomes.
• Participate in committees, program evaluations, research, and education.
• Supervise and mentor students.
• Stay compliant with Missouri Nurse Practice Act and regulatory requirements.
