Qualifications

• Two years direct care work in an inpatient or outpatient behavioral setting or equivalent.
• Two years of college-level coursework including behavioral health.
• A combination of relevant experience and education totaling two years.

• Assess clients’ needs and conduct individual and group counseling sessions.
• Implement individualized behavioral programs and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
