Job summary

Carle Health is seeking an inpatient behavioral health clinician to support the interdisciplinary team with assessment, treatment planning, psychotherapy, and discharge planning on our behavioral health units.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling, with LCPC or LCSW licensure in Illinois and CPI training within 3 months of hire. You will provide individual, group, and family therapy and contribute to staffing and discharge planning.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work or Counseling required.
• Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Illinois required.
• CPI training completed within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provides individual, group, and family counseling to help patients achieve treatment goals.
• Delivers individual counseling per treatment plan and facilitates at least one group therapy weekly.
• Ensures family involvement in treatment at least twice weekly and supports discharge planning.
• Documents using the DAIR format; maintains timely and legible records.
• Collaborates with the treatment team and community providers on individualized plans.
