Southwest Behavioral & Health Services in Kingman, AZ seeks a Direct Care Provider for our inpatient team. The role provides crisis intervention, assessments, and counseling to adults in a structured, 24-hour facility.

You will work nights 7pm–7am for 36 hours weekly with shift differential, performing documentation, care planning, and collaboration with family and community resources. A high school diploma or equivalent and BH experience are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 21.
• High School Diploma or GED with six months of full-time BH experience or related associate degree with six weeks of BH experience, or related bachelor’s degree.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field also acceptable.

Responsabilités

• Provide assessments of members in crisis and assist in setting/reaching attainable goals.
• Pre-vocational training.
• Documentation and case management.
• Crisis intervention.
• Individual counseling services to seriously mentally ill members.
• Contribute to a recovery-based environment.
• Involve significant others in the treatment plan as appropriate.
• Supervise and monitor members on site.
• Check vital signs as needed.
