Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or higher.
• BLS certification required; AHA BLS.
• Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) training within 15 days of hire.
• One year of Behavioral Health work experience preferred.
• Knowledge of basic medical terminology and abnormal human behavior.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care for mental health patients under RN supervision.
• Lead and co-facilitate educational and activity groups.
• Assist with milieu management to maintain a safe, therapeutic environment for patients and staff.
