Job summary

The McLean Hospital Corporation, part of Mass General Brigham, is seeking a per diem Social Worker for an inpatient Adolescent Unit in Middleborough. The position involves M-F day shifts (8 hours) from September through November, focusing on patient-centered care as part of an interdisciplinary team.

Experience with children/adolescents is preferred but not required. Must collaborate with healthcare professionals, develop treatment plans, and document progress accordingly.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree Social Work required.
• Experience working with children/adolescents preferred but not required.
• Licensed Social Worker credentials preferred (LCSW/LICSW)

Responsibilities

• Provide psychosocial assessments of patients and families.
• Formulate biopsychosocial assessment, disposition and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to evaluate patient needs.
• Monitor and document client progress to goals in the care plan.
