Job summary

The Vines Hospital in Ocala, FL is actively seeking a board-certified or eligible Child/Adolescent Psychiatrist for an onsite, hospital-employed position in our Adolescent Inpatient Services. The role focuses on acute crisis stabilization, inpatient psychiatric care, and detox services for patients aged 12 and older.

You will join a multidisciplinary team, conduct admissions, help develop treatment plans, participate in daily team meetings, and collaborate to deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Board certification in Child/Adolescent Psychiatry preferred
• Active or eligible Florida license
• Active DEA license
• Comfortable treating ages 12 and older

Responsibilities

• Conduct admission evaluations, develop treatment plans, and provide ongoing treatment for adolescent inpatients.
• Participate in daily treatment team meetings.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.
• Complete required documentation following facility guidelines.
