Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy. New or upcoming graduates welcome to apply.
Basic Life Support (BLS) Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card.
Physical Therapist (PT) Licensed by the MN Board of Physical Therapy as a physical therapist or current temporary permit required. License required within 90 days from date of exam.
Prior clinical or field work experience demonstrating clinical skills consistent with basic entry level positions.
Responsibilities
Provides physical therapy services to patients to prevent or correct physical disability and pain.
Evaluates patient needs and establishes treatment plans.
Supports patient safety and implements care principles.
