Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy. New or upcoming graduates welcome to apply.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card.
• Physical Therapist (PT) Licensed by the MN Board of Physical Therapy as a physical therapist or current temporary permit required. License required within 90 days from date of exam.
• Prior clinical or field work experience demonstrating clinical skills consistent with basic entry level positions.

Responsibilities

• Provides physical therapy services to patients to prevent or correct physical disability and pain.
• Evaluates patient needs and establishes treatment plans.
• Supports patient safety and implements care principles.
