Job summary

Cynet HealthStaff is seeking an inpatient pharmacist to focus on complex patient medication reconciliations and expert order recommendations in a fast-paced hospital setting serving a large census.

Ideal candidates bring strong acute care experience, Epic proficiency, and the ability to work independently with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Weekend and holiday rotations may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of acute care experience within the last 3 years.
• Must possess a state pharmacy license in good standing.
• PharmD or RPh preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex patient medication reconciliations and order recommendations.
• Collaborate with hospitalists on medication changes for patients.
• Manage high-alert medications, therapeutic monitoring, and dosing adjustments.
• Work in a fast-paced inpatient hospital setting with autonomy.
