Job summary

Coherent Corp. is seeking a skilled engineer to advance InP-based optoelectronic device production via MOCVD. You will focus on process development, statistical analysis, and control to support R&D and manufacturing operations.

The role requires collaboration with Design and Product teams, attention to variability, and timely communication of results to leadership. On-site in a fast-paced environment is expected.

Qualifications

MS in Ch.E., M.E., Physics, E.E., or related field or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5 years' experience with MOCVD growth of GaAs/InP materials.
Experience with epitaxial characterization and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

Implement and improve production of InP-based optoelectronic devices by MOCVD.
Perform statistical analysis and process control for high-volume operation.
Collaborate with Design & Product teams on growth developments and epitaxial designs.
Present development results to senior management and cross-functional teams.
