Connally Independent School District is seeking a Learning Coach for the Innovative Learning Lab STEM program at Connally Junior High in Elm Mott, Texas. The role focuses on extending opportunity through student-centered, inquiry-driven learning and real-world problem solving.

You will design exploratory experiences, mentor students, and partner with teachers to move advanced learners beyond standard standards while fostering creativity, collaboration, and leadership in a future-ready learning

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• Valid Texas teaching certification required.
• ESL certification preferred.
• GT certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Identify and support advanced learners for enrichment opportunities.
• Provide pull-out instructional experiences focused on inquiry-based and project-based learning.
• Facilitate real-world problem solving and student-driven projects.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers to identify mastery and enrichment opportunities.
