Job summary

Northeast Health Services, a member of Transformations Care Network (TCN), is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our mental health team in Massachusetts. You will conduct psychiatric assessments and manage medications as part of a collaborative care model.

We emphasize evidence-based approaches and interventional psychiatry, including TMS and Spravato, with opportunities for education and leadership within a growing team.

Qualifications

• Licensed and board-certified in the state where the clinic is located.
• Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with behavioral health experience (required).
• Psychiatric‑Mental Health certification (PMHNP‑BC or CAQ‑Psych) preferred.
• Experience working in outpatient settings preferred.
• Experience working with clients across the lifespan preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric assessment and ongoing psychopharmacological management.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Work as a team with mental health clinicians who are providing psychotherapy services.
• Provide interventional treatments including TMS and Spravato.
