Qualifications

• 1+ year of CA first-party property claims adjusting experience preferred.
• 3+ years of first-party property claims adjusting experience preferred, 2 years required.
• 2+ years of experience working directly for a carrier required.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and set claims expectations with customers.
• Research and interpret policy language and state law.
• Draft and adjust estimates of damage and loss amounts.
• Negotiate and settle claims based on best practices.

Skills

Technical savviness

Excellent interpersonal and critical thinking skills

Strong analytical, organizational, negotiation and communication skills

Proficient in MSO/365 applications

Ability to work independently and multi-task

Education

Bachelor's degree in a field transferable to insurance

Active Florida 6-20 Resident All Lines Adjuster License
